Common Questions
Our brand portal is constantly growing. Perhaps the file you are looking for doesn’t exist yet or it isn’t in a logical place. Contact support by filling out the form at the bottom of this page with your question or issue, and we will do our best to help you get what you need.
After you locate the file you want to download, simply move your mouse over the file name, or if you are on a mobile device, touch the file name you want to display the download icon. Then simply click or touch the icon to open the file in a new window. Right click anywhere in the window and select “Save As” to download the file to your computer
By default, each file gallery displays all of the files that it contains. You can touch or click the filtering tags at the top of each page to refine your search. You can also order the files by date or by title by changing the sorting type via the dropdown menu.
Most of the files or templates in this brand portal can either be edited or used locally such as Word documents and PowerPoint templates. Other files, such as business card templates and logo files, are in a PDF format that can be send directly to a printer without needing to be altered. Technical Questions
If you are having issues opening files, you may not have the appropriate software to do so. Visit the Getting Started page to download software you may need. Some files rely on Microsoft Office software such as Word and PowerPoint, which you will need to purchase through Microsoft. If you are receiving errors or need further assistance please fill out the contact form below stating your issue. Be as detailed as possible, so we can assist you as best as we can in resolving your issue.
Most often, files that you have downloaded will appear in your Downloads folder on your computer. If it is not there, then check your download history in your browser to ensure that the file is actually being downloaded. From there, you should be able to find the location of the file on your computer.
